Ways to stay productive at home

1. Get ready for the day

Just by doing simple tasks in the morning such as getting out of your pajamas and making your bed, you will naturally be inclined to get over your groggy state of mind and get ready to have a productive day.


2. Make a schedule

Use google calendar, make a bullet journal, just keep a to-do list... whichever format you choose, try to make some sort of schedule every day and do your best to stick with it!


3. Clear your space

Make sure the area that you will be working in is relaxing and calm. By taking the extra time to make sure your desk or room is tidy, you will have the organized space you need to get things done.


4. Avoid distractions

During the hours you have scheduled to work, distractions should be put away. You can do this by leaving your phone in the bedroom and working in a different room or turning off the TV until you have finished all that you need to do.


5. Practice self-care

Whether that be getting fresh air, exercising at home, meditating or journaling making sure to find the time to take care of yourself each day is vital during this time. With a healthy mind and body, you will be more successful in maximizing your time.
